Cinna Mon Consulting was founded by Cédric Le Rouzo, a global sales and partnerships leader with more than 20 years of experience helping software companies expand their go-to-market strategies.
Throughout his career, Cédric saw a recurring challenge: brilliant software vendors were struggling to scale because they lacked a structured, effective partner ecosystem. Most companies either treated partnerships as an afterthought or invested in tools without a clear strategy. The result? Lost revenue, wasted resources, and underperforming programs.
Determined to solve this, Cédric created Cinna Mon Consulting — a firm dedicated to helping software companies build, recruit, and run high-impact partner programs.
